Three months after being released by WWE, a former Raw Women’s Champion has returned to the ring.
WWE has released a long list of notable Superstars since April 24. It included Sheamus, The New Day, The Wyatt Six Stable, Apollo Cruz, Zelina Vega, Kairi Sane, Aleister Black and The Motor City Machine Guns.
Former Raw Women’s Champion Nikki Cross, part of the Wyatt Six, was released on April 24 after 10 years with the company. With her 90-day non-compete clause finally expiring, Cross wasted no time getting her back into the squared circle.
Per wrestlinginc.comCross (now wrestling as “Nikki Storm”) returned to the ring for OTT Wrestling’s After Dark event on Thursday in Dublin, Ireland. Storm and her husband, Big Damo, won a tag team match over Kat Von Kay and Frankie Vendetta.

Damo performed in WWE as “Killian Dain”, where he competed from 2016 to 2021.
Nikki Cross built a strong resume in WWE

During her decade-long run in WWE, Cross won five championships, including a 32-day reign with the Raw Women’s Title. Cross also won three WWE Women’s Tag Team titles, the 24/7 Championship once, and was victorious in the 2021 Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match.
Only Raquel Rodriguez (six), Asuka (five), Alexa Bliss (four) and Liv Morgan (four) have more WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship reigns.
