Starting with Group A, hosts Mexico are joined by South Africa, South Korea and Czechia. This is likely Son Heung-min’s final tournament and Mexico could well host England in the Round of 16, so it is worth keeping a close eye on them.
In Group B, Canada faces Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Qatar. No Xherdan Shaqiri for Switzerland, but 40-year-old Edin Dzeko will be on the field for Bosnia and Herzegovina for what we have all been waiting for.
In Group C, Scotland are competing in their first tournament since 1998 and face Haiti, Morocco and Brazil.
And then finally Group D with the USA, Australia, Paraguay and perennial dark horse Turkey.
