This Overland Expo Foundation 2026 Ultimate Build starts with the all-new Nissan Frontier PRO-4X. Dozens of aftermarket companies come together to create this creation. The truck will be auctioned off in October 2026 to benefit the charitable work of the Overland Expo Foundation, which helps U.S. veterans and public land maintenance initiatives.
Nissan and Nissan Nismo donated trucks and some accessories. The Frontier PRO-4X starts at $48,785 with optional colors and the Premium Package. The truck camper and suspension upgrade costs approximately $15,000. there are countless others stuff Due to which the price may increase. If you can get a deal on a new Frontier PRO-4X and make most of these modifications, the total price may still be around $70,000.
For comparison, a new 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro with the Towing Technology package starts at $67,940. This comparison shows that the new Nissan Frontier offers a great value proposition. The popularity of Frontier is continuously increasing. Nissan sold more Frontiers in the second quarter of 2026 than Ford sold Rangers.
Under the hood of this all-new Frontiers is a naturally aspirated 3.8L V6 engine with 310 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque. It is mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission.
This build is running on a “Titan Swap” suspension lift and upgrade that was done by our friends at All Dogs Offroad Cop. We were very curious about how this suspension behaved during everyday road driving. The answer is: This truck laughs when it sees a speed bump. The suspension is smooth and capable. It is a pleasure to drive on road and highway. This Frontier has about 2.5 inches of lift. When you account for the camper and everything in it, the center of gravity is much higher than stock. The suspension handles all this with ease.
