An Australian man, 45-year-old Simon Peter Carman, was charged over the weekend with the alleged murder of Thunchanok Donhomla. His body was found early Saturday in a suitcase near railway tracks in Pattaya on Thailand’s eastern Gulf coast.
Carman has denied the allegations.
