The US President is in an aggressive mood as NATO leaders meet for a two-day summit in Ankara. There are differences over Russia’s war in Ukraine, defense spending and the US-Israel war in Iran and there are signs the fragile ceasefire may be breaking down.
The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, is speaking with leaders as he rallies the European cause against Russia’s war of words that has reached the Ukrainian capital Kiev, as NATO allies present an increasingly united front against an increasingly distrustful US.
