Timex is celebrating America’s 250th birthday with one of the most collectible releases of the year. The new Marlin Jet Automatic America 250 combines vintage-inspired styling, patriotic red, white and blue details and a limited edition of only 500 pieces worldwide.

Sporty, yet sleek, the limited edition Marlin Jet features a 38mm brushed stainless-steel case adorned with several homages to the country’s colors. A red ring encircles the bezel while a red seconds hand ticks around 11 sharp blue, baton hour markers and a red index at 12 o’clock. The white concave dial, with a crosshair pattern, displays a commemorative 250th anniversary logo at six o’clock as well as a date window at three.
The domed Hesalite crystal covers the entire upper surface of the dial and case, including the grooved bezel for a mid-century aesthetic. Adding to the modern design and feel, Timex utilizes its circular textured crown pattern with “JET” engraved on it.

Through a uniquely numbered exhibition case, owners can view the Miyota 8215 automatic movement that powers the Marlin. The caliber offers a power reserve of approximately 42 hours and is accurate to -20 to +40 seconds per day.
The Marlin Jet comes on a double-layered blue woven Perlon strap that secures with a pin buckle. The NATO-style fabric band adds texture to the look and provides breathability for sticky July evenings.
Limited to 500 pieces worldwide, the Timex Marlin Jet Automatic America 250 is now available for pre-order on Timex.com and retails for $329.
