The Polini minibike 910 RS gets a new look while retaining its racing DNA

Pollini has updated its minibike 910 RS for 2027 with a new, more modern and sporty livery, while preserving the character that has made it one of the most recognizable entry-level racing machines. Made entirely in Italy, the compact minibike focuses on introducing young riders to track riding, helping them develop skill, confidence and control from an early age.

For decades, Pollini minibikes have served as a stepping stone for future champions. Riders such as Valentino Rossi, Marco Melandri, Dani Pedrosa and Franco Morbidelli spent time on Pollini machines before reaching the highest levels of motorcycle racing. The 910 RS continues that tradition by offering a platform designed to teach the fundamentals of riding in a safe and controlled environment.

At the heart of the bike is a lightweight 39.69 cc air-cooled two-stroke single-cylinder engine. Combined with reed-valve induction, dry centrifugal clutch and pull-start system, the package delivers a straightforward yet engaging riding experience that mirrors the feel of a real racing motorcycle.

The cast light-alloy twin-beam frame helps keep the weight down to just 18 kg, making the bike easy to handle for young riders. Its compact dimensions and 6.5-inch wheels contribute to sharp handling, while the balanced chassis setup encourages confidence and precision through corners.

Braking performance comes from 122 mm discs at both ends, operated through cable-actuated callipers. Although meant for beginners, the bike includes solutions inspired by racing machinery, allowing riders to learn correct braking and cornering techniques right from the start.

Along with updated graphics, the 910 RS is available in different power configurations to suit different rider experience levels. More than just a minibike, the latest Pollini has been designed as a true learning tool that blends entertainment, skill development and racing passion, carrying on a legacy that has helped shape some of the biggest names in the sport.
