Royal Enfield has officially unveiled the production edition of the Shotgun 650X Rough Crafts, a special collaboration limited to only 100 individually numbered motorcycles worldwide. Inspired by the Caliber Royale Custom first showcased at EICMA, the special edition combines handcrafted styling, premium finish and extreme rarity, making it one of the brand’s most exclusive factory-built motorcycles.
From custom show bikes to production specials
The Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts is the result of a collaboration between Taiwanese custom builder Rough Crafts and its founder Winston Yeh. It takes direct inspiration from the unique Caliber Royale, which was first showcased at EICMA 2025.
The production motorcycle retains the Custom’s distinctive appearance with gloss jet black and matte stealth black bodywork, hand-applied gold details, contrast-cut wheels, black bar-end mirrors, quilted seat and gold fork tubes.
Each motorcycle also features individually numbered tank graphics, a brass Rough Craft badge and a signed artwork by Winston Yeh depicting the original Caliber Royale.

Only 25 motorcycles were allocated to Europe
Worldwide production is limited to just 100 motorcycles, divided evenly between Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and India, leaving Europe with an allotment of only 25 units.
The sale will not follow the traditional dealer route. Instead, buyers will have to register through Royal Enfield’s online “drop” system before the European sales window opens on July 27.
UK price has been confirmed at £8,150.
Proven 648 cc twin-cylinder engine
Mechanically, the motorcycle remains unchanged from the standard Shotgun 650, using Royal Enfield’s air-and-oil-cooled 648 cc parallel-twin engine producing 34 kW (47 hp) and 52 Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed gearbox.
This engine also powers several other Royal Enfield 650 models, including the Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650 and the new Bullet 650.
With only 25 examples expected to make it to Europe, the Shotgun 650X Rough Craft will become one of the rarest modern Royal Enfield motorcycles ever produced.
