“And the movie was made in eight days. So it was actually El Speedo Grande. And I saw it. I went to see it, it was playing a second feature role in North Hollywood. I went to see it and I saw that movie and I said I’m done. I’ve got to go back to school. I’ve got to do something else, I’ve got to get other kinds of jobs. And then finally I accidentally ran into somebody at CBS on Beverly Boulevard and they were doing a western called made of leather. And they chose me as one of the chiefs.”
