Andy Burnham has set out his vision for the UK in his first major policy speech since launching his bid to replace Keir Starmer as Prime Minister. The Makerfield MP confirmed he would establish ‘Number 10 North’ and promised to ‘bring about the greatest balance of power the country has ever seen’.
