‘House of the Dragon’ Season 3, Episode 6
The episode begins with Cole and his surviving army stumbling upon the Rivermen camp. Said Rivermen pretend to be dead to deceive Cole before attacking him. Cole is blessed with an impeccable fighting sequence, which proves that he is a talented swordsman. However, Roddy the Ruin (tommy flanagan), Oscar Tully (Archie Barnes), and the rest of his host arrive and surround Cole. Cole challenges Roddy and Oscar to a fight, knowing he will not leave the camp alive. Black Ale (annie shapero) shoots three arrows at Cole. He dies on the spot. Then, the Rivermen descend upon the remains of Cole’s army.
Meanwhile, Alicent (olivia cook) and helena (fia saban) have been discovered in that tunnel. Damon (Matt Smith) is angry about Ormond (james norton)Hit his golden robes. He plans to go to Tumbleton to kill Lord Hightower. Rhaenyra (emma d’arcy), however, refuses to let him go. The Baratheon delegation arrives to treat Rhaenyra. He learns that Lord Boros is fighting the Vulture King in the Red Mountains, but he surrenders to him.

Hugh (Kieran Beau) relieves Ulf (Tom Bennett) of his post outside Tumbleton. It’s Hughes’ turn to see the city. Ulf is unhappy with his life now. He can’t even drink with the boys! Elsewhere, Alisant reveals Helena’s pregnancy to Rhaenyra. Rhaenyra punishes them by confining them more strictly to their quarters. Mysorea (Sonoya Mizuno) hides the fact that she knew about Helena.
While the Gold Cloaks staged a massive walkout (they’re unionizing), Allyn (Abubakar Salim) asks Corliss (steve toussaint) sending the people of Velaryon to King’s Landing to protect the city. Corlys informs Aelin that Tyland Lannister is alive and on his way to Rook’s Rest. Speaking of which, Tyland dug a grave for a man named Aegon (Tom Glynn-Carney) was killed in the forest. Larry’s (Matthew Needham) still wants to travel to Essos, while Tyland argues for heading to Casterly Rock. Ultimately, Egon sided with the Larrys.
In the valley, Rehana (phoebe campbell) sees Moondancer and, possibly, Seasmoke. Alice (Gail Rankin) treats Emond (evan mitchell) Wound on face. He plans to leave Harrenhal by horse to locate Vágar, but Alice tries to persuade him to stay. jenne (amanda collin) slaps Rehana for leaving her cave and living out in the open. He lets Rehana off with a warning and urges Rehana to respect their agreement.
bella (bethany antonia) and Elin becomes comfortable. They talk about their fathers, duty and sacrifice before sharing their first kiss. In Tumbleton, Gwen (freddie fox) tells Ormund why he left Coll in the Riverlands. Despite being outnumbered by Team Black, Ormond refuses to give up the fight. After this Deron (benjamin evan ainsworth) calls on her favorite uncle, Gwen, to leave her with Ormond. Gwen plans to return to Oldtown.
Alicent tries to feed Helena, which is not succeeding since Rhaenyra’s new punishment is implemented. She notices Helena’s cross stitch, revealing Aemond’s location. Meanwhile, Alice kills the child who saw Aemond in the stable to prove her loyalty to Ole One-Eye. Then, she shows Aemond a bunch of eggs that Dreamfire laid when Rhaenys Targaryen (no, not that) lived in Harinhal in her later years. Alice believes that they belong together, that they must make their own destiny. they kiss.

Later, Rhaenyra listens to the pleas of her young child. They yell at him for all the issues plaguing King’s Landing, not the least of which is Ormund murdering the security staff. Daemon kills the man who helped organize said murders on behalf of “King Daeron Targaryen”. At the same time, Hugh disguises himself and infiltrates Tumbleton.
The Baratheon messenger arrives while Ormond, Gwen, and Daeron have dinner. However, the messenger looks different. Gwen realizes that they are assassins sent by Rhaenyra to kill Ormond and Daeron. He and John Roxton (Joplin Sibten) Kill the said murderers.
Hugh reunites with Kat (Ellora Torchia), claiming he now has a dragon And He is a knight. He tries to get Kat out of town, but she refuses to go with him. Ormond thanks Gwen for being proactive and saving his life. Gwen asks Ormond about his real plan.
Then, Alisant tells Rhaenyra about Helena being a dragon dreamer (like dennis the dreamer) and reveals that she knows Aemond is at Harrenhal sans Vagar. Rhaenyra sends Alicent to Harrenhal to kill Aemond in exchange for her and Helen’s freedom. After this Grand Master Orville (Kurt Agiawan) gives Rhaenyra a Baratheon coat of arms with the message “Kick this dog, and it will bite your hand” written in blood.
Elsewhere, Jon and his men capture Corlys, subduing him, while said men attack the Velaryon host that the Sea Snakes had planned to send to King’s Landing.
