‘House of the Dragon’: 5 Predictions for Season 3, Episode 7

Hugh Tumbleton and Switch Sides will see Kat die

The writers have already sown the seeds for Hue (Kieran Beau) and Ulf (Tom Bennett) betrayal, but I predict Hugh’s decision to switch sides will happen in episode 7. Unfortunately, Kat (Ellora Torchia) There is going to be a fridge. Her death would be the catalyst for Hugh’s betrayal. since fire and blood Doesn’t tell us why Hugh and Ulf betrayed Rhaenyra, the show can fill in the blanks. Before Rhaenyra’s army arrived, Hugh could have even started the First Battle of Tumbleton without any grief in action – you know, just burning everything down.

Gwen would eventually live in Tumbleton (and die there).

I love me some Gwen (freddie fox). Sadly I think this season will be his last. he has already lived their book counterparts. I think Ormond’s grand plan will force him to decide to stay at Tumbleton, especially if he hears the rumblings of battle on the horizon. He would like to help protect Daeron. However, he would die during said battle in Episode 8, in yet another tragic case of a character’s last minute decision leading them to their destruction.

Alicent will not complete her task, but Aemond will still turn his back on her

In Episode 6, Rhaenyra sends Alicent (olivia cook) to Harrenhal to kill Aemond (evan mitchell) in exchange for his and Helena’s freedom (fia saban). Sure, Aliscent threw Aemond and Aegon under the bus in the Season 2 finale, but I can’t imagine she stood idly by while the knights accompanying her slaughtered her son. So, she will fail in her assignment. However, Emond will learn of Alisant’s betrayal and will turn his back on his mother, especially now that Alice (Gail Rankin) is in his favor. Hey, Alice is a witch. She probably knows about Alicent’s deal with Rhaenyra.

Aegon will reunite with Sunfire

Our boy should not go to Essos – even with him game of ThronesThe universe’s propensity for inexplicable time travel across realms. I predict that Aegon will be reunited with the (for the most part) healed Sunfire, and he will live in Westeros with a renewed sense of purpose. This will set the stage for their inevitable trip to Dragonstone in Season 4, following, as you know, a certain main character’s death by dragon consumption.
