Birkenstock Lindenthal Embossed Sneakers, $100 (was $200)
Why do we like this deal?
Casual shoes have been one of the defining categories in menswear over the past decade, with brands once seen as “orthopedic” now being valued in the same way as some sneakers. Birkenstock has been at the forefront of that change, and its design team has done some pretty smart work — translate what users love about its cork footbed into styles that are better suited for daily wear. One style, the Lindenthal, is an ergonomic, dress-casual, lace-up sneaker, and for a limited time, you can try it at 50% off.
Birkenstock Lindenthal Embossed Sneakers, normally priced at $200, are now just $100 at Nordstrom Rack. The only color available is Sandcastle, but the brand also has a similar pair of embossed leather sneakers in blue if you want a darker look, and another pair in mocha brown for something more office-appropriate.

What shoppers need to know
- Upper: leather with synthetic lining
- Midsole: Cork-latex footbed, removable padded insole
- Outsole: corrugated tread pattern rubber
- Best for: Everyday wear, extra support
Here the cork midsole is the same support system that runs through almost every Birk sandal, instead it’s built into the lace-up sneaker. The footbed molds to your feet over time, as any Birkenstock does, and the embossed leather upper adds more structure and durability than the brand’s canvas options. They’re made in Portugal, which is standard for the brand’s sneakers and aren’t a step up from German-made sandals.
At a hundred bucks, that’s a fair price for Birkenstock’s leather sneakers with a cork footbed. Full leather construction with actual orthopedic support isn’t common at this price point, and the removable insoles mean the comfort layer can be changed whenever you want.

There aren’t too many reviews for the Lindenthal specifically, but they sit in Birk’s sneaker lineup, which uses many of the same materials as the sandals (notably, the cork footbed). Buyers of similar Birkenstock sneakers (like the Bend) consistently point to that coveted footbed as the reason they’re willing to pay a premium for Birk’s sneakers compared to a standard pair.
If you want Birkenstock comfort in sneaker form, the Lindenthal Embossed Sneakers are for you. Just be sure to sign this deal quickly, as there’s no guarantee it’ll last long.
