Kirk NationalLease, established in 1969, provides contract maintenance, mobile service and shop management. Truck & Trailer Parts Solutions specializes in truck and trailer upfitting, including truck bodies, liftgates and solar products.
Amerit said combining its fleet maintenance and fleet solutions programs with Kirk Nationals and TTPS will give customers access to a larger technician network, expanded service capabilities, broader geographic coverage and a comprehensive portfolio of services aimed at improving vehicle uptime and reducing total cost of ownership.
