On the final lap of the freestyle ski course, athletes must make a decision: avoid falling or move on to glory? The decision will determine who will be crowned Season 2’s Ultimate Mountain Athlete, a three-sport competition created in collaboration with Outside toyota truck.
As skiers make their way to the top of Silverton Mountain’s Colorado Chute and a custom-built course, they’ll have one eye on the standings and one eye on the slopes. After the last race, we get an inside look at the judges’ roundtable as they deliberate over final points for style and speed and determine which male and female athlete will each walk away with $20,000 and bragging rights.
