We’ve all heard the stories. all of us Love Stories. Workplace rivalries where chemistry can’t be denied. The angry man whose sad heart is finally melted by the pure sunshine. The hotel room door opens to reveal that there is actually only one bed.
As a romance writer, I love many of the genres within this genre. Especially in the summer time, I just want to be on a warm sandy beach with a paperback in my lap, I can’t stop turning the pages until I find out how these enemies become lovers or how opposites attract. Vampires, football players, flower sellers, Regency-era aristocrats: I’ll take them all. And whatever the form, setting or era, I love my Sapphic romance.
Here are some of my favorite romances about women’s desire to read this Pride Month — and all year long.
