Patrick Industries Reaffirms LCI Industries Merger Following Monomoy Acquisition Proposal
Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK) has reaffirmed its commitment to its proposed all-stock merger with LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII) after LCI received an unsolicited, nonbinding acquisition proposal from private equity firm Monomoy Capital Partners.
