Technogym Signs Coral Gables Showroom Lease at 4000 Ponce
Italian fitness equipment maker Technogym has signed a lease for a roughly 4,000-square-foot retail showroom at 4000 Ponce in Coral Gables, marking the brand's first foothold in the Miami area. The showroom is expected to open in 2027 inside CMC Group's nine-story mixed-use building at the intersection of Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Bird Road.
