Oregon voters could face a single ballot measure in November that would ban hunting and fishing throughout the state. The proposed initiative represents one of the most restrictive wildlife access measures to reach a statewide ballot in recent years. If approved by voters the measure would end all regulated hunting and fishing activities in Oregon.
