If you’ve been waiting for registration to open for this year’s KTM Adventure Riders Rally in America, good news: now is the time! This year’s dates are set for September 17 to 19, 2026, and will be based at Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg, Idaho. There are only 200 places open for this event, so if you’re interested in going you’ll want to move quickly to secure your spot.
KTM will provide the GPS track for the event, but the routes will be self-guided, and you will need to bring a GPS device to use the track. You must also reserve a motorized vehicle use permit to ride trails in Idaho.
You do not have to have a KTM to participate; As long as you have a street-legal motorcycle, you can sign up to join in the fun if that sounds like your idea of a good time. Or, if you prefer to fly and ride, KTM has also partnered with Colorado Motorcycle Adventures to provide bike rental packages for the event.
Special negotiated rates will be available for participants staying at Silver Mountain Resort for this event. Participant registration for the 2026 KTM Adventure Riders Rally will be $600 plus an $18.23 processing fee, and a meal-only package is also available for non-participants (who come as a plus-one with registered participants) in the riding portion of the event. Meal packages are $250 plus a $7.78 processing fee. These event registration fees stand in their own right and are separate from any accommodations, permits, motorcycle rentals, or other fees you may have to pay to attend the event.
To learn more about the trail permits you will need, about the motorcycle rental program, or simply to register for the program, you can Visit the official event registration page here.

This program requires attendees to have a KTM motorcycle in good working condition, and will include guides, luggage and technical support, GPS tracks, medication and tire assistance and many other perks. The cost per participant will be $2,195 NZD, which at the time of writing comes to US$1,263.77.
