We’ve been hearing for at least five years about the Neue Klasse, the electric architecture that would underpin a new generation of BMWs, represent the future of the brand, rewrite what an electric car can be and much more besides.
The first iteration is available to Australians at last. It’s a mid-sized SUV and badged iX3, but it shares nothing with the previous iX3, which was an electrified version of a petrol car.
