Let the freedom bell ring? Yes, but let it taste good too.
Ahead of MLB All-Star Week in Philadelphia, Budweiser unveiled a nine-foot-tall Liberty Bell-inspired tap that pours the classic American lager. The Liberty Bud is a tribute to the city’s most iconic venue, which hosts the MLB All-Star Game on Tuesdays at Citizens Bank Park.
Liberty Bud “combines Budweiser’s famous baseball heritage with Philadelphia’s renowned sports culture.” For baseball fans over 21 in town for MLB All-Star Week, enjoy a unique experience that honors both the brand and the city.
Liberty Bud will be present in the brand’s All-Star Fan Zone from July 12-14, with additional performances at iconic Philadelphia venues throughout the weekend.

To honor the occasion, Philadelphia legend Chase Utley will present a ceremonial Budweiser from The Liberty Bud.
“The MLB All-Star Game is one of the most anticipated moments of the baseball season and an important opportunity for Budweiser to celebrate the fans, traditions and experiences that make the game so special year after year,” says Todd Allen, senior vice president of marketing for Budweiser at Anheuser-Busch. “With Budweiser celebrating its 150th anniversary and the All-Star Game returning to Philadelphia as America celebrates its 250th birthday, we wanted to create an unforgettable experience worthy of the occasion.”
