Sessions will examine how employers can attract and retain employees, develop leaders and create workplaces where people want to build careers.

“Hiring and retaining the right people continues to be one of the biggest challenges facing powersports businesses,” says Christy LaCurelle, MIC president and CEO. “There’s tremendous talent out there, and we want to help employers understand what today’s candidates are looking for and what makes them stay.”
