Make it back-to-back PPVs where Cope and Cage are defending in placeholder matches, this time against the Death Riders. The big question here is whether we see the AEW debut of Motor City Machine Guns, who was released from WWE on April 24, which means the 90-day non-compete clause has expired. Redemption may be the hardest match to predict. On one hand, Thekla is entertaining as champion and deserves a high-profile feud with Mercedes Monae, who will challenge for the title. in all. Nightingale, on the other hand, has beaten Mone twice for the title, so a win here could set Mone up to return the favour. I’m hoping for some kind of angle or storyline progression with Mox and Ospreay, leading to either a three-way match or establishing Moxley as Ospreay’s first challenger. in all, Where the ultimate test of the aerial assassin is to destroy the man who recreated him. Kenny Omega (c) vs. Kevin Knight: AEW World Championship Match
