Royal Enfield has just announced that a new limited edition Shotgun 650 is coming to the US

Inspired by the Caliber Royale, a custom build that was showcased at both Motoverse and EICMA in 2025, Royal Enfield has partnered with custom bike builder Rough Crafts to create a very limited edition motorcycle – which you might have a chance to buy at the end of the month.

Starting with the Shotgun 650, the crew at Rough Crafts planned to create a special edition of the 648cc parallel-twin motorcycle that, According to Adrian SellersHead of Custom and Motorsports at Royal Enfield, “The ‘Caliber Royale’ has a distinctive design language inspired by custom builds.”

The Caliber Royale was created by Rough Crafts based on the Shotgun 650. The bike featured extended proportions, a signature fairing, and handcrafted finishes in gloss and matte paint, as well as gold leaf accents and some minor changes to the frame.

Limited to 100 individually numbered motorcycles to be distributed across India, Europe, Asia and North America, the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Drop will be priced at $7,999 in the US, with only ten made available for purchase.

So, how can you get your hands on one of these limited-edition Shotgun 650s?
