From lifestyle-friendly cleats to country-inspired colorways to some of the most talked-about collabs of the year, the sneaker world got involved in the World Cup 2026 releases. Now, ahead of Sunday’s final between Argentina and Spain, Adidas have prepared one final footwear surprise – and they’re bringing their longtime collaborator Bad Bunny along for the ride.
Just months after launching his first Three Stripes signature model at the Super Bowl, the Puerto Rican superstar is putting his indelible touch on the much-loved F50 soccer boot line, which debuted ahead of the 2004 World Cup and has remained the brand’s flagship product ever since. Benito’s design is specifically based on one of the original F50 colorways, dubbed the “Spider Cleat” for its distinctive web-print upper.

The 2026 edition sees the spikes removed in favor of a lifestyle-friendly rubber sole. Named “Ghost Sprint”, it features a bold white and purple gradient effect, with the classic web pattern overlaid in bright shocks of blue. It’s a cool, crisp color combination that’s equally reminiscent of evening sunsets and electrolyte beverages on the sidelines of YMCA rec games and World Cup finals. And it’s every bit as wild and showy as you could expect from one of the world’s most electric artists – the perfect kick off to bid farewell to a thrilling, exciting, unforgettable tournament.
