It was later broadcast as a movie after not being picked up as a series. Scott Plank and Alex MacArthur played the characters who inspired both De Niro and Pacino’s roles.
The upcoming project is to be produced by Amazon’s MGM Studios, and will be DiCaprio’s first film since the Oscar-winning “One Battle After Another” as well as “What Happens at Night,” which he shot for Martin Scorsese earlier this year.
As for Bale, his last film was “The Bride” for Warner Bros. Before “Heat 2”, he was working with David O. Will also appear in “Madden” directed by Russell.
