You rack up solid rewards and signs that you’re moving forward, proving that it’s all really worth it. Which is… the exact opposite of a profession like writing, if you really think about it. Maybe that’s why I can’t get enough. The dungeons in these books are more than just a setting: they are games and characters in their own right.

It can also be difficult to find diverse authors as most of these works are published under pseudonyms.
