When it comes to rock music, there are some groups that seem as if they have a legacy that puts them in a different stratosphere. U2, Led Zeppelin, The Eagles, Pink Floyd, and of course, The Beatles, are rock bands that have extensive catalogs with massive album sales and Billboard achievements. Another band that is one of the greats is the one and only Queen.
Queen is my personal favorite, and it has a lot of banging songs that I love listening to, whether it’s on a long drive or in between workouts. And today, June 30, the group is celebrating a milestone. Today, the group released a studio album which became their best-selling studio album in the US. then what is it?

Their eighth studio album, Queens game Was released on 30 June 1990. It was a bit subtle as it mixed their rock background with elements of pop and funk. The album was led by songs like “Save Me,” “Play the Game,” “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” and one of my favorite Queen songs, “Another One Bites the Dust.” The latter two topped the Billboard Hot 100.

Is ‘The Game’ Queen’s best album?
I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but Queens’ best album is their 1981 Greatest Hits I Album. On the sales front, it is largely their best-selling project 25 million copies sold. Also, since the group has so many musical recordings, I appreciate being able to focus on the classics without delving into exhaustive aspects of the work.
But hey, I took the cheap route in terms of the best Queen album overall. However, if you feel differently then perhaps you are brave enough to share your preference. By the way, isn’t it noteworthy that the Grammys never awarded the group a competitive award for any of their work, although they did receive nominations.
