The Battle of Gullet may be in our rearview mirror dragon houseBut, like Season 2’s Battle at Rook’s Rest, we’re still feeling its effects. Season 3, Episode 2 also lays the groundwork for what’s to come, and its cliffhanger, in particular, places Rhaenyra (emma d’arcy) in a new position of power as his host continues to fight in his name and Team Green refuses to wave that white flag.
While we wait for the next chapter of Dance of the Dragons, let’s look at five vivid predictions dragon house Season 3, Episode 3.
egon will find sunfire

The realm’s golden retriever in dragon form will be reunited with his owner, Aegon (Tom Glynn-Carney). In episode 2, Egon tells Larry’s (Matthew Needham) about his desire to travel to Rook’s Rest to confirm if his dragon is really dead. My guess is that we’ll see this reunion in episode 3; However, dragon house Will not be clear regarding your position. fire and blood confirms this Sunfire escapes Rooks RestBut the series would refrain from verifying this until later episodes. In fact, Aegon may believe Sunfire is dead until Sunfire comes roaring back. This is a good way to create suspense, at least for non-book readers.
We will see Ellis transferred to Team Emond
Alice (Gail Rankin) and Emond (evan mitchell) finally see you in episode 2. So far, she has been assisting Team Black, even pointing the Dragonseeds in the direction of Gullet in the season 3 premiere. However, Damon (Matt Smith) refuses Elise’s request to give Harrenhal to Rhaenyra due to her gender and status. A bitter Alice would undoubtedly switch allegiances after that rebuke.
But I don’t think she’ll necessarily be Team Green—like Team Emond. Aemond believes he is better suited to rule than Aegon, so perhaps Alys will strengthen Aemond’s claim to the Iron Throne and inspire him to become protector of the realm. It’s not House Targaryen without some messiah complexes, right? I believe it is Aemond who gives the dragon egg to Alice in the Season 3 trailer when she becomes pregnant with his child. We will definitely see their romance blossom.
The seeds will be sown for Hugh and Ulf’s betrayal.

Hugh (Kieran Beau) and Ulf (Tom Bennett) would not remain loyal to Rhaenyra for long. While Episode 2 sees Daemon belittle both of them, with Ulf looking particularly troubled by his half-brother’s condescension, the third episode will be when the tide begins to turn leading to their inevitable betrayal. Hughes’s wife, Kat (Ellora Torchia), is already planning to move to Tumbleton, where her brother lives.
First Battle of Tumbleton This is when Ulf and Hugh change their cloaks from black to green, sort of (I think the season will end with this). Ulf and Hugh will demand castles and lordships that Rhaenyra will not give, and their frustration will continue to grow until they decide to separate during the aforementioned battle.
Daemon will find Rehana and the Sheepstealer in the valley.
Stay (phoebe campbellJanine seeks refuge in the valley from Erin (amanda collin) In dragon house Episode 2, which causes the Sheepstealer to reluctantly allow him to stay. Rhaenyra wants “Rider of the Sheepstealer” after learning about Jace (Harry Collett) death, so Damon will be tasked with locating said rider. My guess is that he will find Rehana hidden in the valley and will do everything he can to get Rhaenys away from Rehana’s scent.
Maybe he’s also proud that his daughter has finally claimed a dragon. Maybe he’ll start paying attention to her. Since Rhaenys is going to replace Nettles, I can see her driving a wedge between Rhaenyra and Daemon.
Rhaenyra will not be happy with Alicent
Alicent (olivia cook) sacrifices Aegon so that Rhaenyra can ascend to the Iron Throne without much bloodshed. Of course, Aegon’s escape blows up their peace treaty. Whereas dragon house Insisting that Rhaenyra and Alisant’s childhood friendship takes priority over the war of succession will probably ultimately tear that relationship apart. Rhaenyra will capture Alicent and Helena (fia saban) Imprisoned as punishment for Aegon’s escape and attempted escape himself.
We’ll also see cracks in Rhaenyra’s armor, and her paranoia take root. If she can’t trust her former BFF, then who can? can do Do you trust him? (Please note sarcasm here.)
